Feralgender & How It Works!

Feralgender is an xenogender I made because I didn't feel like any others accurately defined me or related to me. Anyone can identify with it, and the flag is free for any and all use! Merch/fanart/etc. Involving the flag is completely fine, and no credit is needed!

The Colors & Their Meanings:

  • Brown- Animals & The like

  • Green- Nature & The Wild

  • Yellow- Diurnal Habits & Behavior

  • Blue- Nocturnal Habits & Behavior

  • White-Grey- Behavioral Habits & Lifestyles

How Do You Identify As Feralgender?

You need to have a connection to the wilderness, whether it be through an animal you identify with or you just generally feel more wild and untamed them the average person. There are no restrictions on pronouns that you can combine them with, and there are many different pronouns you can use!

The Animal Side Of Feralgender

People who identify with an animal or animal kingdom fall under this side of the spectrum. You identify with any animal(s), and take some habits after them. You are represented by the brown part of the flag.

The Wild/Feral Side Of Feralgender

People who fall under the wild/untamed side of the spectrum. You don't have a specific animal you identify with, or you might not even have an animal at all. You are just feral and untamed in general. You are represented by the green part of the flag.

The Diurnal Side Of Feralgender

People who identify with the diurnal side of feralgender. You have diurnal habits, usually being active during the day and resting at night. You may feel more wild/untamed or akin with your animal at this time. You are represented by the yellow part of the flag.

The Nocturnal Side Of Feralgender

People who identify with the nocturnal side of feralgender. You have nocturnal habits, and tend to sleep during the day and are more active at night. You may feel more wild/untamed or akin with your animal at this time. You're represented by the blue part of the flag.

The Behavioral Side Of Feralgender

People who fall under the behavioral side of feralgender. You may find yourself akin with omnivores/herbivores/carnivores and/or pack/solidarity behavior(s). You are represented by the white-grey part of the flag.

Prounouns

You can use any pronouns if you fall under this gender, but these are the main pronouns! Also any of these pronouns can be used together and you don't have to restrict yourself to one animal with them. You can mash any of these together or with other pronouns, no matter what they are!

Animal Pronouns

There are many different pronouns you can go by, and there isn't really a limit on them. If you identify as an animal am example of what pronouns you can use is lycan/lycanself/lycans, feline/felineself/felines, lupin/lupinself/lupins. Any other name can be used as long as it's related to the animal in some way.

Feral Pronouns

If you don't identify with any animals then you can use these genders. You can go by wild/wildself/wilds, feral/feralself/ferals, growl/growlself/growls, hiss/himself/hiss's, howl/howlself/howls, etc. You can use these with animal pronouns if you want.

Diurnal/Nocturnal Pronouns

This is for people who identify with certain sleeping habits/behaviors. Diurnals can use day/dayself/days, sun/sunself/suns, night/nightself/nights, moon/moonself/moons, etc. If you don't identify with specifically day or night you can also use: set/setself/sets and rise/riseself/rises

Behavioral Pronouns

If you identify with a specific behavioral Patter known with wild animals, you can use these pronouns. Examples are herb/herbself/herbs, carn/carnself/carns, omn/omnself/omns, lone/loneself/lones, pack/packself/packs, etc.
